There being none, he closed the public <br />hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously <br />granted special exception use for the proposed <br />expansion to the existing place of worship and <br />construction of a new parsonage subject to the <br />conditions set out in staff's recommendation. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - REOUEST OF ABLE AVIATION AND AIR <br />AMBULANCE. INC. - EMS CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE <br />AND NECESSITY TO PROVIDE NON -EMERGENCY ADVANCED LIFE <br />SUPPORT INTERFACILITY TRANSPORT SERVICES <br />County Attorney Charles Vitunac announced that the public <br />hearing was continued from July 5, 1994. <br />Emergency Services Director Doug Wright reviewed the following <br />memo dated August 2, 1994: <br />TO: Honorable Board of County Commissioners <br />THROUGH: Jim Chandlr, unty Administrator <br />FROM: Doug Wrigh;, Director <br />Emergency Services <br />DATE: August 2, 1994 <br />SUBJECT: Public Hearing to Consider Able Aviation and Air Ambulance, <br />Inc., Request for an EMS Certificate of Public Convenience <br />and Necessity to Provide Non -emergency Advanced Life <br />Support Interfacility Transport Services <br />It is respectfully requested that the information contained herein be <br />given formal consideration at a public hearing by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at the meeting scheduled for August 9, 1994. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />On July 5, 1994, the Board of County Commissioners held a public <br />hearing to- consider an application from Able Aviation and Air <br />Ambulance, Inc., for a Certificate of Public Convenience and <br />Necessity to provide ALS/BLS non -emergency EMS interfacility <br />transport in Indian River County.
