The Executive Aide <br />to the <br />Board of <br />County Commissioners is <br />directed to <br />forward copies of <br />this <br />resolution <br />to the Secretary and <br />Assistant <br />Secretary of the Department of Environmental Protection and the <br />Director of the Division of Beaches and Shores. <br />The <br />resolution was moved <br />for <br />adoption by <br />Commissioner <br />Eggert , <br />and the <br />motion was seconded <br />by <br />Commissioner <br />B i r d <br />, and, upon <br />being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman John W.
