We <br />were pushed around on this project by other utilities, the D.O.T. <br />and our own county departments. Three <br />contractors have submitted their quotes (see attached list). On August <br />10, 1994, the Indian River County Public Works Department was contacted <br />for a possible in house project., <br />ANALYSIS <br />The condition of these small buildings are very poor; including, but <br />not limited to, leaking roofs, sagging ceilings and insect infestation. <br />All usable materials, equipment and files have been removed and the <br />buildings are ready for demolition.
