Bair <br />OMB Director <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS . <br />The Bond Counsel selection committee meeting of June 28, 1994 ranking resulted in two firms, being <br />- tied for, first. place (Bryant, Nfiller and`Q1iye, P:A-.and"Squire; Sanders & Dempsey.= On Jiily`26; <br />1994 the Board of County Commissioners authorized staff to further analyze the two bond counsel <br />frons and make a recommendation on the one we feel would best fit the County's needs. <br />Bond Counsel selection committee unanimously chose Bryant, Miller and Olive first and Squire, <br />Sanders and Dempsey second. This made the complete ranking as follows: <br />1. Bryant, Miller and Olive <br />2. Squire, Sanders and Dempsey <br />3. Rhoads & Simon <br />4.
