Although their RFP response for the beginning of this <br />period held their rates for two years with the option of an <br />increase in the third, they have offered to hold their charges to <br />the current ones, at an annualized expense not to exceed <br />$33,985.00. <br />We have enjoyed a cooperative and responsive relationship with <br />this firm, and we look forward to another year with them. We ask <br />that the Board approve the Service Agreement. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved <br />the 1994-95 renewal Service Agreement between the <br />County and Insurance Servicing & Adjusting Company <br />at an annualized expense not to exceed $33,985, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />58TH AVENUE & OSLO ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of September 13, 1994: <br />TO: James E.
