The conduct of all contractor employees during any project shall be exemplary; <br />at no time shall profanity, drinking, lewd or suggestive comments or gestures or <br />other acts of this -nature be tolerated. <br />B. Drug Free Policy <br />1. Owner. conforms to a drug free policy. Any contractor employee must be tested <br />upon request of Owner and results provided to Owner. If the employee is found <br />to have been under the influence or using drugs, it shall constitute a breach of <br />contract and said contract may be terminated without penalty to the owner. <br />C. Dress Code Policy <br />1.
