RFP IRC1737-74th Ave and 1st Street SW v2 <br />Scope of Services <br />1. INTRODUCTION <br />The project will consist of the replacement of an existing culvert at the intersection of 74th Avenue SW and 1st <br />Street SW, in the Indian River Farms Water Control District Sub -Lateral C and C-2 Canals. The proposed pipe will <br />be a 120" Corrugated Steel Pipe (CSP). RipRap-Rubble will be added as a liner to the pipe ends and also as a ditch <br />liner. Guardrail will be added on both sides of the road adjacent to the proposed work. Other work will include <br />temporary canal bypass, temporary sheet pile, earthwork, maintenance of traffic, erosion control and any other <br />incidental work required to complete the project. <br />A MANDATORY Pre -Solicitation Conference will be held on Tuesday, January 16. 2018 at 2:00 P.M. in the first - <br />floor Conference Room No. Al -303 of the Indian River County Administration Building located at 1801 27th <br />Street, Vero Beach, Florida, 32960. ATTENDANCE AT THIS CONFERENCE BY ALL PROPOSERS IS REQUIRED. <br />Page 3 of 14 <br />
