Is <br />this an environmental resource permit that they were <br />issued? <br />ATTORNEY REINGOLD: Yes. <br />COMMISSIONER DAVIS: Well, good gosh, this -- I <br />mean, this is what they challenged us on forever down <br />there: The boat ramp. <br />ATTORNEY REINGOLD: Well, and again, the <br />differences are going to be: Some of that was pre the <br />petition, it will be pre the permit being issued so that <br />there were issues and RAIs, Request For Additional <br />Information, that were being issued; <br />The other part was the Corps and we were <br />attacking the Corps... we're not actually attacking the <br />Corps, we were working with the district and trying to <br />work with the Corps to get a permit. And so that's why <br />those processes took a little longer than just straight up <br />the district here said: Our permit's issued, we're good <br />to go. <br />Just so as a side note, the Army Corps of <br />Engineers have not issued their permit.
