So this is going to be a pretty quick process <br />from here now that the permit has been issued. And again, <br />we're setting dates for January. The DOAH judge is <br />looking to get us moving, looking to get us off center. <br />The best... I don't know if you guys are <br />familiar with district permitting challenges. You know, <br />often times the best thing that you are going to get if <br />you are in opposition is, they're not going to deny the <br />permit but they'll probably say: Here's some additional <br />calculations they're going to have to do; you're going to <br />have to buy three more wetlands -- <br />COMMISSIONER DAVIS: Mitigation credits. <br />ATTORNEY REINGOLD: -- credits. Exactly. You <br />know, those are the types of things. I don't see this as <br />a: We're going to get this wonderful decision from a DOAH <br />judge that says permit denied, start from zero, and <br />they're set back years in the process. <br />COMMISSIONER DAVIS: We got one for the boat <br />ramp.
