And just so you guys understand, I think <br />when... you know, I looked to, to get Shubin & Bass on <br />board several months ago. You know, it was in light of <br />not having the decision we got in mid-August and I think <br />that is a game changer in terms of the analysis that we <br />have in terms of this district permit. And so I think the <br />issues really have changed. So that's... I, I don't think <br />this is our strongest card to play today. <br />COMMISSIONER O'BRYAN: I guess the only question <br />this just so -- What if All Aboard Florida finds <br />alternative financing? So our federal case goes away, do <br />we have a fallback plan for that? Would this be the <br />fallback? <br />ATTORNEY REINGOLD: Yeah. I mean, clearly, you <br />have the district permit -- the Army Corps permit is still <br />out there. I believe there's a Coast Guard issue that <br />Martin County is dealing with. There are other <br />environmental issues. I just don't think this is our <br />strongest one to play. <br />COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR BROWN: And just an <br />update: We've spent 1.9 million total so far out of the <br />2.7 million authorization.
