ARCH INSURANCE COMPANY <br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />FIRE &.RESCUE SERVICE <br />This endorsement modifies the insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM <br />A. Except with respect to SECTION V — DEFINITIONS, wherever the term "occurrence" is used in this <br />Coverage Form, including amendments and endorsements, it is hereby replaced with the following: <br />"occurrence" or "Fire & Rescue Service" <br />B. SECTION V —. DEFINITIONS is amended as follows: <br />17. "Property damage" means: <br />a. Physical injury to tangible property, including all resulting loss of use of that property. All such loss of <br />use shall be deemed to occur at the time of the physical injury that caused it; or <br />b. Loss of use of tangible property that is not physically injured. All such loss of use shall be deemed to <br />occur at the time of the "occurrence" or the "Fire & Rescue service" that caused it. <br />23. "Fire & Rescue Service" means any actual or alleged act, error or omission by you or any insured in: <br />a. Providing or failing to provide firefighting services; <br />b. Providing or failing to provide emergency rescue services; <br />c. Providing or failing to provide hazardous materials response services; <br />4. Providing Ui failingto provide f s—f aid; <br />e. Providing or failing to provide professional services of an emergency medical technician (EMT),. <br />paramedic, nurse or other medical personnel, including: <br />(1) Furnishing or dispensing, or failing to furnish or dispense drugs, or surgical or medical supplies <br />or devices; <br />(2) Providing or failing to provide ambulance or emergency medical transportation services; and <br />f. Dispatching or failing to dispatch personnel to provide any of the above services. <br />C. In SECTION I COVERAGES, Exclusion 2.a. Expected or Intended Injury under COVERAGE A BODILY <br />INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE LIABILITY is amended to read as follows: <br />a. "Bodily injury" or "property damage" expected or intended from the standpoint of the insured.
