<br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY, PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.
<br />WHO IS INSURED
<br />This endorsement modifies the insurance provided under the following:
<br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM
<br />A. Paragraph 2. of Section 11— Who Is An Insured is deleted and replaced with the following:
<br />2. Each of the following is an insured:
<br />a. (1) Your officers, directors, commissioners, board members, trustees, and appointees but only with
<br />respect to their duties as your officers, directors, commissioners, board members, trustees and
<br />appointees.
<br />(2) Your "employees" and "volunteer workers" but only for acts within the scope of their employment by
<br />you or while performing duties related to the conduct of your business.
<br />(3) Your officers, directors, commissioners, board members, trustees, appointees, "employees" and
<br />"volunteer workers" while rendering emergency assistance at the scene of an emergency
<br />encountered suddenly and unexpectedly. Such assistance must be independent of any other.
<br />organization.
<br />(4) Your medical directors but only with respect to their duties as your medical directors.
<br />(5) However, none of these are insureds for "property damage" to property:
<br />(i) Owned, occupied or used by,
<br />(ii) Rented to, in the care, custody or control of,. or over which physical control is being exercised for
<br />any purpose by
<br />you or any of your officers, directors, commissioners, board members, trustees, appointees,
<br />"employees", "volunteer workers," or medical directors.
<br />b. Any person (other than your "employee" or "volunteer worker"), or any organization while acting as your
<br />real estate manager.
<br />c. Any person or organization having proper temporary custody of your property if you die, but only:
<br />(1) With respect to liability arising out of the maintenance or use of that property; and
<br />(2) Until your legal representative has been appointed.
<br />d. Your legal representative if you die, but only with respect to duties as such. That representative will have
<br />all your rights and duties under this Coverage Part.
<br />e. Any person or organization that owns "commandeered property" but only with respect to liability arising
<br />out of your use of such "commandeered property." "Commandeered property" means real and personal
<br />property belonging to someone else including but not limited to watercraft, aircraft, "mobile equipment",
<br />or animals that you commandeer, seize, borrow or take over for official use to handle an "emergency
<br />situation" or to enforce the laws of the local, state or federal government. "Emergency situation" means
<br />an unexpected situation demanding immediate, official action.
<br />B. Paragraph c. of 4. Other Insurance under Section IV — Commercial General Liability Conditions.is amended
<br />to read as follows:
<br />c. Method Of Sharing
<br />If all of the other insurance permits contribution by equal shares, we will follow this method also. Under this
<br />approach each insurer contributes equal amounts until it has paid its applicable limit of insurance or none of
<br />the loss remains, whichever comes first.
<br />If any of the other insurance does not permit contribution by equal shares, we will contribute by limits. Under
<br />this method, each insurer's share is based on the ratio of its applicable limit of insurance to the total
<br />applicable limits of insurance of all insurers.
<br />If any of the other insurance applies to liability arising out of your use of "commandeered property", this
<br />insurance shall be primary as respects liability arising out of your use of "commandeered property", and will
<br />not share with such other insurance.
