ARCH INSURANCE COMPANY <br />THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />ESIP CRIME EXTENSIONS <br />This endorsement modifies the insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL CRIME COVERAGE FORM <br />GOVERNMENT CRIME COVERAGE FORM <br />A. Definition Of Covered Persons <br />1. The definition of "employee" is amended to include: <br />a. Your non -compensated officers. <br />b. Your directors or board members by whatever name called while acting as a member of any of your <br />elected or appointed committees to perform on your behalf specific, as distinguished from general, <br />directorial acts. <br />c. Your treasurer or tax collector. <br />d. Your volunteer workers. Volunteer workers means any non -compensated natural person while <br />performing services for you that are. usual to the duties of an "employee". <br />e. Your leased workers. Leased workers means any natural person leased to you by a labor leasing firm, <br />under a written agreement between you and the labor leasing firm, to perform duties related to the <br />conduct of your business. <br />2. Exclusion. D.2.a. Bonded Employees of the Government Crime Coverage Form is deleted. <br />3. Exclusion D.2.d. Treasurer or Tax Collector of the Government Crime Coverage Form is deleted. <br />B. Credit Card Forgery <br />The.following Coverage Extension is added to A. Insuring Agreements: <br />Credit Card Forgery <br />We will pay up to $10,000 under the Forgery Or Alteration Insuring Agreement for "forgery" or alteration of <br />written. instruments required in conjunction with any credit, debit or charge card issued to you or any "employee" <br />for business purposes.
