It is noted that many aspects of the project permitting are dependent upon agency <br />review and outside the control of APTIM and the County. As such, the schedule described herein is provided as a <br />guideline. APTIM will strive to maintain the schedule and costs as reasonably as can be expected. We will <br />coordinate with the County if deviations from the schedule or costs arise due to unforeseen issues or <br />circumstances. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to serve Indian River County.
