Keller, CIA, County Attorney's Office <br />THRU: Charles P. vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATE: September 29, 1994 <br />RE: CANCELLATION OF OUTSTANDING TABES <br />PROPERTIES PURCHASED FOR COUNTY USE <br />The County recently acquired some right-of-way, and, pursuant to Section <br />196.28, Florida Statutes, the Board of County Commissioners is allowed <br />to cancel and discharge any taxes owed on the portion of the property <br />acquired for public purposes.
