BOOK 3 PAGE 500' <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Adams, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bird, to approve <br />delay, until January 1, 1995, of the financing <br />of impact fees due, with interest to be <br />accrued at 8% from the due date, September 26, <br />1994, until execution of the financing <br />agreement. <br />Commissioner Adams asked Director Pinto whether it was 111 <br />units or 110 units since the memo was ambiguous. Director Pinto <br />indicated he would have to check. (Clerk's Note: Subsequently, <br />the correct number was determined to be 111.) <br />Commissioner Adams also inquired about the interest starting <br />date which Director Pinto clarified. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE QUESTION.
