PINT <br />DIRECTOR UTI SERVICES <br />PREPARED WILLIAM F. cCAI <br />AND STAFFED CAPIT ENGINEER <br />BY: DEP AR UTILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: STONEBRIDGE SUBDIVISION DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT <br />BACKGROUND <br />Attached -is--a proposed developer's agreement with West Mark <br />Associates Development Company, L.C., (Stonebridge Subdivision) for <br />reimbursement of offsite utility construction. The 10 -inch force <br />main line routing on 58th Avenue and the water main on 4th Street is <br />entirely Master -planned and is shown on Exhibit A of the attached <br />developer's agreement and covered on page two of the agreement under <br />items A and B. The 6 -inch force main on 4th Street and 58th Avenue <br />is covered under item C of the developer's agreement. The lift <br />station is covered under item D of the agreement. Reimbursement for <br />items C and D is based on hydraulic share. Various exhibits from <br />.the Indian River County Master. Plan are attached depicting the <br />above -referenced Master -planned lines. <br />ANALYSIS <br />- <br />Exhibit B of -the attached agreement (pages <br />1 - 4) identifies the <br />cost-sharing between the developer and <br />the <br />County.
