The construction of this system will assist the County in expanding <br />the water and sewer systems as outlined in the County Master Plan, <br />as well as allow the owner's property to be developed. The total <br />estimated cost to the County is $644,149.62, which will be paid from <br />the Utilities impact fee fund. The subdivision has purchased 41 <br />ERUs of water and sewer for Phase I. Therefore, $52,193.00 of this <br />reimbursement will come from Phase I of the subdivision's own impact <br />fees, which per ordinance 91-31 are $597.00 per ERU (water) and <br />$676.00 per ERU (sewer) for transmission systems.
