D. All salvageable material and equipment for which specific use, relocation or other <br />disposal is not specifically noted, shall remain the property of the OWNER and shall be <br />delivered to the OWNER at the following location: 4550 41st Street, at the <br />CONTRACTOR's expense. All material and equipment not in salvageable condition, as <br />determined by the ENGINEER and the OWNER, shall be disposed of by the <br />CONTRACTOR, at the CONTRACTOR's expense. <br />E. In addition to these Specifications all work must comply with the requirements of the <br />local governing agency, St. Johns River Water Management District, Department of <br />Environmental Protection, Army Corps of Engineers, Indian River Farms Water Control <br />District, and all other applicable State or Federal agencies' specifications and permits. <br />In the event of a conflict, the more stringent specification or requirement shall govern. <br />F. Before performing any work outside the designated limits of the work site, secure any <br />necessary permits and authorization from the applicable owner, or verify in writing that <br />such has been previously obtained. Follow all requirements of any said permits or <br />authorization.
