Once drawings are finalized they <br />will be submitted to building department and will take 30 days to be <br />approved. <br />G. What is the future land use and zoning designation on the proposed site of the <br />infrastructure improvements, and will the improvements conform to those uses? <br />The current land use zoned school use and is owned by the School District of <br />Indian River.
