FIRST AMENDMENT TO CUSTODIAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />("OWNER") AND W&G MAINTENANCE CORP. ("CONTRACTOR") <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to Custodial Services Agreement is by and between OWNER and CONTRACTOR. <br />OWNER and CONTRACTOR, in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, agree as follows: <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, On March 6, 2018, OWNER and CONTRACTOR entered into the Custodial Services Agreement <br />(the "Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to add services at the following facilities to the existing Agreement, at the <br />listed monthly rates: <br />Sheriff's General Services modular bldg.
