AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE <br />BETWEEN BOWMAN CONSULTING GROUP, LTD AND INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA. <br />This is an amendment to the existing Engineering Services Agreement (AGREEMENT) dated <br />May 23rd , 2017 between BOWMAN CONSULTING GROUP, LTD (ENGINEER) and Indian <br />River County (COUNTY). This amendment addresses changes in "Section 1 — General", and <br />"Section 5 - Compensation". <br />Amendment Description <br />This Amendment includes the following: <br />"SECTION 1 - GENERAL " is being modified to incorporate the following: <br />Consultant services are required for the preparation of waterline design plans; bid services; <br />construction engineering services and project turnover of utility relocations associated with the <br />construction of 58th Avenue Pavement Reclamation and Resurfacing from 57th Avenue to 85`' <br />Street/CR 510. <br />The work included in Amendment No. 1 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated <br />May 23, 2017 between BOWMAN CONSULTING GROUP, LTD (ENGINEER) and Indian <br />River County (COUNTY). <br />"SECTION 5 — COMPENSATION" is being modified to incorporate the following: <br />The COUNTY agrees to pay and the ENGINEER or agrees to accept for services <br />rendered pursuant to this Agreement fees in accordance with the following: <br />A. Professional Services Fee <br />1.
