There will be NO payments shall not be processed without proper signatures <br />from the owner, the contractor, the HRs, and the PA. Also no payments shall be <br />processed without completed primary and subcontractor lien waivers as <br />applicable to the contract award or as required by the local policy. <br />Contractor Payment request and submissions should at a minimum follow these <br />general guidelines: <br />1. Contracts of twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000) or less will not be paid <br />until the Contractor has completed the job. <br />2. Contracts in excess of twenty five thousandfdollars ($25,000) allow a partial <br />payment upon satisfactory completion of sixty percent (60%) (And 100%, see <br />below) of the rehabilitation work (less punch-list'items), with a retainage of <br />twenty percent (20%) of the completed `coritract-amount. <br />3. Depending on extenuating circumstances and contract balance, a second <br />partial payment may be authorized at the recommendation of the HRS or PA. <br />Construction Completion 'Percentage of Funds,Paid <br />Less than 50% 0 %,` x' <br />50 % and all permits pulled 50% <br />100% \ ` 80%\,\ <br />100% After Certificate of Occupancy is issued <br />`wand all punch list items are completed. <br />Approval of/6 partial payment requires. <br />1. Payment will be <br />/issued_for the amount claimed less retainage depending on the physical <br />..,progress as long as�the contract -funds remaining are sufficient to complete <br />the work in the event�ofdefault by the Contractor. <br />2. Services up to the date of the request (as evidenced by full or partial <br />waiver of lien from subcontractors); or <br />c.
