� s � <br />Attached for your review is a copy of draft invoice #3 and the <br />progress report. This report, along with the appropriate <br />supporting documents, will be submitted to the CTD upon the Board <br />of County Commissioners/DOPA approval. <br />On October 20, 1994, the Transportation Disadvantaged Local <br />Coordinating Board (TDLCB) reviewed and approved the attached <br />progress report and invoice. At that time, the TDLCB, recommended <br />that the Board of County Commissioners, in its capacity as the <br />Transportation Disadvantaged Program Designated Official Planning <br />Agency (DOPA), approve the attached progress report and invoice and <br />forward these to the CTD. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Attached is a copy of the progress report and invoice for the July <br />11 1994 to September 30, 1994 period. <br />Finished products such as the TDLCB meeting minutes, by-laws, and <br />reports are required to accompany all reimbursement invoices. <br />These materials will be submitted to the state along with the <br />reimbursement invoice and the progress report. <br />The BCC/DOPA's alternatives are either to approve the transmittal <br />of the Progress Report and reimbursement invoice as submitted, to <br />approve transmittal of the Progress Report and invoice with <br />revisions, or to deny the transmittal of the Progress Report and <br />reimbursement invoice to the state. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The TDLCB and the staff recommend that the Board of County <br />Commissioners/DOPA approve the Progress Report and reimbursement <br />invoice #3, and direct staff to transmit the report and the invoice <br />to the State of Florida Commission for the Transportation <br />Disadvantaged (CTD). <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously <br />approved the 1994 Planning Grant Progress <br />Report and Reimbursement Invoice #3 and <br />directed staff to transmit the report and the <br />invoice to the State of Florida Commission for <br />the Transportation Disadvantaged (CTD). <br />K.
