Staff recommends that the bid be awarded to Miami <br />Elevator for both the elevator maintenance and ADA <br />renovations. Miami Elevator's bid is the most <br />responsive and responsible meeting the <br />specifications as set forth in the Invitation to Bid. <br />2. Issue a -purchase order to Miami Elevator for the <br />elevator renovations with a not to exceed amount of <br />$16,822.00. <br />3. Establish an Open End Contract with Miami Elevator <br />for the annual elevator maintenance with a not to <br />exceed amount of $15,000 per year during the period <br />October 1, 1994 thru September 30, 1997. Last year's <br />expenditures totaled $10,186.62 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously <br />awarded Bid #5016 to Miami Elevator for <br />elevator maintenance and ADA renovations with <br />a not -to -exceed amount of $16,822, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />16 <br />October 25, 1994 <br />
