US -93 -07 -CS <br />BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS <br />This is an ongoing utility sewer project that has been bid, awarded <br />and is now ready to go to construction. Asza- result of the <br />necessity to Jack and Bore the. FEC right-of-way being a part of <br />this project, we are required to execute a right-of-way agreement <br />with the FEC. (See attached Agreement) <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the <br />Board of County Commissioners execute the FEC right-of-way <br />agreement as presented. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously <br />approved and authorized the Chairman to <br />execute the right-of-way agreement with <br />Florida East Coast Railway Company, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />PARTIALLY EXECUTED COPY OF AGREEMENT <br />IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />October 25, 1994 <br />92 <br />7-7 L <br />I— <br />
