S459 <br />CANCELS SECOND REVISED SHEET NO. 9.469 <br />The RF/QFs within the territory served by DEF shall be required to purchase from DEF hourly <br />recording meters to measure their energy deliveries to DEF. Energy purchases from the RF/QFs <br />outside the territory of DEF shall be measured as the quantities scheduled for interchange to DEF <br />by the entity delivering Firm Capacity and Energy to DEF. <br />BILLING OPTIONS <br />A RF/QF, upon entering into this Contract for the sale of fine capacity and energy or prior to <br />delivery of as -available energy, may elect to make either simultaneous purchases from and sales <br />to DEF, or net sales to DEF; provided, however, that no such arrangement shall cause the RF/QF <br />to sell more than the Facility's net output. A decision on billing methods may only be changed: <br />1) when a RF/QF selling as -available energy enters into this Contract for the sale of firm <br />capacity and energy; 2) when a Contact expires or is lawfully terminated by either the RF/QF or <br />DEF: 3) when the RF/QF is selling as -available energy and has not changed billing methods <br />within the last twelve months; 4) when the election to change billing methods will not <br />contravene the provisions of FPSC Rule 25-17.0832 or a contract between the RF/QF and DEF. <br />If a RF/QF elects to change billing methods, such changes shall be subject to the following: t) <br />upon at least thirty days advance written note to DEF; 2) the installation by DEF of any <br />additional metering equipment reasonably required to effect the change in billing and upon <br />payment by the RF/QF for such metering equipment and its installation; and 3) upon completion <br />and approval by DEF of any alteration(s) to the interconnection reasonably required to effect the <br />change in billing and upon payment by the RF/QF for such alteration(s). <br />Payments due a RF/QF will be made monthly and normally by the twentieth business day <br />following the end of the billing period.
