If no objections, questions, additions, or comments are received within two (2) working <br />days from issuance of the meeting notes, we will assume that our understandings are correct. The <br />project will move forward according to the bid plans and specifications and the understandings herein. <br />INTRODUCTIONS/ SIGN IN SHEET <br />This is a Pre -Bid Meeting; Attendance at this conference by all bidders is MANDATORY. <br />Bidders must sign in before 10:00 A.M. to receive credit for attending. <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION. <br />This project consists of the construction of ±8,400 S.F. of new office space and related facilities <br />forthe relocation of Indian River County professional offices. The project includes new <br />restrooms, storefront window replacement, electrical and plumbing work, raised floors and the <br />replacement of rooftop air conditioning units.
