O'Brien, Assistant County Attorney <br />DATE: October 21, 1994 ` <br />SUBJECT: PROPOSED ORDINANCE ENTITLED: <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />ESTABLISHING A DISCLOSURE OF RELATIONSHIP <br />PROCEDURES FOR ENTITIES DOING BUSINESS WITH THE <br />COUNTY. <br />The attached ordinance has been prepared at the request of <br />Commissioner Fran Adams establishing a new Section 105.08 that <br />provides for disclosure of relationships for entities doing business with <br />Indian River County. <br />A public hearing date of November 22, 1994 is suggested. <br />Commissioner Eggert questioned use of the word "entity" and it <br />was the consensus of the Board that it conveys the intended <br />meaning. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously scheduled <br />a public hearing on November 22, 1994 to consider an <br />ordinance establishing a new Section 105.08 that <br />provides for disclosure of relationships for <br />entities doing business with Indian River County. <br />U.
