The ENGINEER will furnish additional copies of the <br /> drawing, specifications and contract documents as required by <br /> the COUNTY for prospective bidders, materials suppliers, federal, <br /> state and local agencies from whom approval of the project must <br /> be obtained, and other interestedart' <br /> p ies, but may charge only <br /> for the actual cost of providing such copies. Upon award of the <br /> contract, the ENGINEER will furnish to the COUNTY five ( 5) sets <br /> ' of the drawings, specifications and reports. The cost of these <br /> sets of documents are not included in the basic compensation paid <br /> to the ENGINEER, but will be paid as a direct expense. All <br /> original documents, survey notes, field books, tracings, and the <br /> like including all items furnished to the ENGINEER by the COUNTY <br /> pursuant to this Agreement, are and shall remain the property of <br /> the COUNTY, and shall be delivered to the COUNTY upon completion <br /> of the work. <br /> 5. The ENGINEER shall prepare right-of-way maps of <br /> sufficient detail for acquisition of new right-of-way. <br /> Negotiation for all land rights shall be accomplished by the <br /> COUNTY, unless the COUNTY requests the ENGINEER to perform -these <br /> services in a subsequent work order to this AGREEMENT. In this <br /> event, the ENGINEER shall be compensated for such additional <br /> services. <br /> 6 . The ENGINEER acknowledges that preparation of <br /> applicable permits for the COUNTY' S submittal through <br /> governmental regulatory agencies, including St. Johns River Water <br /> Management District, Florida Department of Transportation <br /> roadway alteration, Department of Transportation drainage <br /> connection, FEC Railroad, Indian River Farms Water Control <br /> District, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, U.S. <br /> Army Corp of Engineers, Environmental Protection Agency, and all <br /> other necessary permit applications are included within the scope <br /> I R <br /> of basic compensation as provided, herein. Any additional work <br /> required by regulatory agencies pursuant to regulations <br /> established after the date of this Agreement shall be an addi- <br /> tional the service and n COUNTY shall compensate the ENGINEER in <br /> accordance with SECTION VI - Additional Work, of this Agreement . <br /> 7 . County will provide all existing survey data to <br /> the Engineer. The ENGINEER shall perform field surveys as <br /> determined to be necessary by the ENGINEER and the COUNTY' S <br /> Public Works Director for final design and preparation of <br /> construction plans for the project and acquisition of new right- <br /> of-way. Anticipated land surveying information includes, but may <br /> not be limited to: a location survey which will establish the <br /> physical location of all visible, aboveground, permanent <br /> structures located within the existing and proposed right-of-way <br /> and limits of construction; Controlled aerial photography will <br /> also be available from the Florida Department of Transportation. <br /> 3 <br />
