The ENGINEER shall spare good standard <br /> practice designs for the project and shall prepare detailed <br /> Construction Drawings for the roadway and drainage structures <br /> contained within the project limits. FDOT design standards shall <br /> be used for the project. A summary of quantities shall be <br /> included. The summary of quantities shall be provided on the <br /> Construction Drawings and also provided in an 8-1"x 11" format, <br /> similar to a standard bid tab sheet. <br /> e. A minimum of 100 ' right-of-way is required <br /> from west of US 1 to west of Old Dixie Highway. Right-of-way <br /> maps, legal description, title search, and updates are required <br /> for this project. Additional right-of-way may be required on US <br /> 1 on the northwest quadrant to construct a southbound right turn <br /> lane. <br /> The Construction Drawings for this project <br /> will consist of the following sheets: <br /> 1. Cover Sheet. <br /> 2 . General Notes and Summary of Quantities <br /> Sheet. <br /> 3 . Drainage plan. <br /> 4. Plan & Profile sheets. A horizontal <br /> scale of 1'=20" and double plan and <br /> profile - sheets shall be used: <br /> 5. Cross Section Sheets. <br /> 6. Detail Sheet. <br /> 7. Intersection Detail Sheets. <br /> 8. Signalization Plans. <br /> 9. Signing and Marking Plans. <br /> 10. Maintenance of Traffic Plans. <br /> • <br /> f. The ENGINEER shall prepare an "Opinion of <br /> Probable Construction Cost" for the project. <br /> g. The ENGINEER shall prepare the necessary <br /> local, state and federal permit applications for signature by the <br /> COUNTY and provide the necessary Construction Drawings and <br /> calculations for the permit applications. The COUNTY shall <br /> provide aerials, tax maps, etc. as required for the various <br /> permit application submittals. Anticipated permits for this <br /> project are from St. Johns River Water Management District <br /> (SJRWMD) , Florida Department of Transportation, US Army Corps of <br /> Engineers Dredge & Fill Permits, Indian River Farms Water Control <br /> District and FEC Railroad. The COUNTY shall submit the permit <br /> applications to the appropriate authorities. The ENGINEER shall <br /> be reimbursed for the cost of all documents. <br /> h. Fifty percent, ninety percent and final <br /> review meetings shall be held between the ENGINEER and the <br /> COUNTY. For each meeting, the Engineer shall provide the COUNTY <br /> with three ( 3 ) sets of review documents for the project. The <br /> ENGINEER shall be reimbursed for the cost of the documents. The <br /> . COUNTY shall expeditiously review the check documents and <br /> indicate thereon any revisions requested. The ENGINEER shall <br /> make revisions as directed by the COUNTY. • <br /> 5 <br />
