We propose creating at least 5, 30 sec. to 3 min., <br />videos showing IRC cultural arts in motion with a strong message to attract tourists. Partnering with Elite <br />Airways and using social media for distribution, we would target Elite Airways locations, White Plains NY, <br />Ashville, N.C. Newark, N.J. and Portland, Maine. Videos would be sent through Facebook, email, <br />Instagram, Twitter and websites. Two thirds of the grant would be spent on advertising, one third spent on <br />setting up, filming, and managing the program.
