The Board of County Commissioners does herewith renounce_ <br />and disclaim any right of the County and the public in and to the <br />streets described as follows: <br />That part of Orr Avenue as shown on the plat of the <br />Townsite of 119seland, as recorded in Plat Book 1, pp. 43, <br />St. Lucie County Public Records, lying between Gibson <br />Street and Roseland Street, said land now lying and being <br />in Indian River County, Florida <br />and does hereby vacate, abandon, dlscorrtlnue and close all of the <br />same. <br />4. Notice of the adoption of this Resolution shall he published <br />one time within thirty days following its adoption in one issue of <br />the newspaper of general circulation published in the County.
