Attachment A — SCOPE OF WORK <br />Project Name: <br />Indian River County <br />FWC Agreement No. <br />18101 <br />Artificial Reef Construction 2018-19 <br />D. PAYMENT BOND <br />Pursuant to Chapter 287, F.S., no payment or surety bond is required for this project. <br />E. PERFORMANCE BOND <br />Pursuant to Chapter 287, F.S., no performance bond is required for this project. <br />F. CERTIFICATE OF CONTRACT COMPLETION <br />The Grantee will be required to complete a Certificate of Completion form (Attachment F) <br />when all work has been completed and accepted. This form must be submitted to the <br />COMMISSION's Contract Manager with the GRANTEE's invoice for payment to be <br />authorized. The COMMISSION's Contract Manager shall submit the executed form with the <br />invoice to Accounting Services. <br />G. CERTIFICATE OF PARTIAL PAYMENT <br />This Section is not applicable and intentionally left blank. <br />H. GRANTEE PAYMENTS TO SUBCONTRACTOR <br />Grant Agreement No. 18101, Section 15, B, "Grantee Payments to Subcontractor" is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />If subcontracting is permitted pursuant to Section 15, Paragraph A, the GRANTEE agrees to <br />make payments to the subcontractor upon completion of work and submitted invoice in <br />accordance with the contract between the GRANTEE and subcontractor. Failure to make <br />payment pursuant to any subcontract within thirty (30) working days will result in a penalty <br />charged against GRANTEE and paid to the subcontractor in the amount of one-half of one <br />percent (0.50%) of the amount due per day from the expiration of the thirty (30) working day <br />period allowed herein for payment.
