The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard. There being none, he closed the public <br />hearing. <br />Mr. Cain announced that a list of the properties and owners <br />was available at the Engineering Department. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Eggert absent) approved the <br />assessment roll and adopted Resolution 94-150, <br />as recommended by staff. <br />Confirming (Third Reso.) 1/5/94(ENG)RES3.MAG\gfk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94- 15 0 <br />A RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR CERTAIN SURVEYING <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO PINE LAKE ESTATES AN <br />UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County adopted <br />by Resolution No. 94-135, providing for certain surveying improvements to Pine Lake <br />Estates, an unrecorded subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said special assessments <br />shall be made and how said special assessments are to be paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published as required by Section 206.06, Indian River <br />County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County passed <br />Resolution No. 94-136, on October 25, 1994, which set a time and place for a public hearing <br />at which the owners of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons would have <br />the chance to be heard as to any and all complaints as to said project and said special <br />assessments, and for the Board to act as required by Section 206.07, Indian River County <br />Code; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was published in the <br />Vero Beach Press Journal Newspaper on November 1, 1994, and November 8, .1994, (twice <br />one week apart, and the last being at least one week prior to the hearing), as required by <br />Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br />20 <br />November 15, 1994 <br />r <br />
