Antenna <br />Fig. 3 <br />POLE ATTACHMENT LOCATION <br />Attachment is limited to the Communication Space. <br />All main cable attachments shall be located either on the same side of <br />the pole as FPL's neutral or on one common adjacent side. <br />No main line cable attachments shall be located on the side of the pole <br />opposite FPL's neutral. <br />All electrical connections must be made off the pole. <br />No more than two risers will be allowed per pole. SMITH, CLERK <br />Fig. 4 <br />IDENTIFICATION TAG <br />Each separate attachment shall be identified in accordance with <br />guidelines developed by the FUCC or FPL. <br />Each company shall register their unique ID tag with the FUCC's <br />Joint Use Subcommittee or FPL. <br />Antenna ID tags shall be installed at every pole attachment. <br />Cable ID tags shall be installed at the first and last pole Attachment <br />as well as every fifth pole Attachment and at every street <br />intersection. <br />Fiber Attachment Agreement 116402702.1 <br />
