6) Indian River Farms Water Control District reserves the right to grant and <br />permit future drainage outfall connections from adjoining tracts of land north <br />and south of proposed culverted section of Sub -lateral H-3 (451' Street) Canal. <br />7) The Indian River Farms Water Control District assumes no liability or <br />responsibility in the future cost of repair, replacement or maintenance of the <br />culvert permitted herewith. <br />
