A copy of my curriculum vitae, including a list of all publications that I <br /> authored in the last 10 years, is attached to this report as Appendix A. <br /> II. Bases of Opinions <br /> I base my opinions in this report on my review of the case-specific <br /> materials (Appendix B); my training, education, and experience; and on research I <br /> have conducted and my publications. <br /> III. Background <br /> In July 2014, AMEC Environment&Infrastructure, Inc.performed site <br /> inspections and collected spore trap air samples at Indian River County Fire <br /> Stations 1, 7, 10,and 11. The samples were analyzed by EMSL Analytical, Inc. <br /> for fungal spores and particulates. <br /> On March 31, 2015,Engineering Systems, Inc. collected water samples <br /> for bacteria,fungi tape samples,and culturable fungi and bacteria swab samples <br /> from the surfaces of the Indian River County Fire Stations 1 and 7. Water <br /> samples for bacteria,fungi tape samples,and culturable fungi and bacteria swab <br /> samples were collected from Stations 10 and 11 on April 1, 2015. Samples were <br /> analyzed by EMSL Analytical, Inc. BactiQuant®-Surface and Mycometer®- <br /> Surface analyses were also performed on the samples collected from the four <br /> stations. <br /> Michael Smith of AMEC Environment&Infrastructure, Inc.collected <br /> non-culturable swab samples from Stations 1 and 7 on March 31, 2015, and from <br /> Stations 10 and 11 on April 1,2015. <br /> 71 <br /> iI <br />
