Community Development Application: completed permit <br />application, vegetation plan and tree removal permit' application, <br />gopher tortoise survey, completed land clearing application <br />Task 3c - FDOT Permit Application: completed permit application <br />Task 3d - DEP Permit and County Approval Processing: RAI responses <br />Task 4 - Construction Administration Services: site observation reports <br />General Terms: The COUNTY will provide all application fees, publishing fees, and <br />additional surveys and testing reports required by the FDEP and any associated <br />agencies. Additional surveys, studies or analyses may be required by the agencies. <br />These surveys, studies, or analyses are, beyond the scope of this work but may be <br />provided by COASTAL WATERWAYS under separate authorization. <br />Schedule: <br />Task 1a - FDEP/County Pre -app Conference and Conceptual Design: completed <br />within 4 weeks of the County's Notice to Proceed. <br />Task lb - Survey: Completed within 3 weeks of completion Task 1 a services <br />Task 2 - Preliminary and Final Design: (Preliminary Design) shall be completed <br />within 4 weeks of completion of Task 1 b services. <br />Task 3a - DEP Permit Application: completed within 2 weeks of completion 'of Task 2 <br />(Preliminary Design) services. <br />Task 3b - County Community Development Application: completed within 2 weeks <br />of completion of Task 2 (Preliminary Design) services. <br />Task 3c - FDOT Permit Application: completed within 2 weeks of completion of Task <br />2 (Preliminary Design) services. <br />Task 3d - DEP Permit and County Approval Processing: dependent upon DEP and <br />County review timing <br />Task 4 - 'Construction Administration Services: dependent upon County contract <br />bidding and negotiation timing <br />Fee: <br />The total fee for the work described in Task 1 through Task 4 above is $37,250.00 <br />Task 1a - FDEP/County Pre -app Conference and Conceptual Design: $4,000 <br />Task 1 b - Survey: $5,000 <br />Task 2 - Preliminary and Final Design: $6,600 <br />Task 3a - DEP Permit Application: $4,000 <br />Engineering, Floodplain & EmergencyManagement Solutions within out Coastal and Marine Environment <br />
