Public Discussion Item <br />At this time, Chairman O'Bryan announced that there would be a break from 10:30 <br />am to 2:00 pm for the memorial service honoring longtime Indian River County <br />Property Appraiser David Nolte. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Flescher, seconded by Commissioner Zorc, to <br />approve the Agenda as amended. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5- Chairman O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Solari, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Flescher, and Commissioner Zorc <br />5.
