CONSENT AGENDA <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Flescher, seconded by Commissioner Adams, <br />to approve the Consent Agenda as amended, pulling Item 8.17. for discussion. The <br />motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5- Chairman O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Solari, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Flescher, and Commissioner Zorc <br />8.A. 18-2481 Checks and Electronic Payments October 26, 2018 to November 1, 2018 <br />Recommended Action: Approve the list of checks and electronic payments issued by the Comptroller's <br />office for the time period of October 26, 2018 to November 1, 2018 <br />Attachments: Finance Department Staff Report <br />Approved <br />8.B. 18-2479 Abandonment of Sanitary Sewer Manhole and Associated Piping within Private <br />Easement on Lot 32, Quail Creek PD <br />Recommended action: County staff recommends the County, in accordance with customary industry <br />standards, abandons the infrastructure within Lot 32 of Quail Creek PD and that the <br />Board of County Commissioners authorizes the Chairman to execute the Bill of <br />Sale of Abandoned Utility Facilities. <br />Indian River County Florida Page 2 <br />
