See Item 14.E.1. for further discussion and <br />action.) <br />Kim Gilbert, 1730 24th Street, appeared before the Board requesting assistance <br />in waiving impact fees that were incurred by the previous owners of her <br />property. In 2002, a change of use for the property was approved by the City <br />of Vero Beach (City); the required impact fees were never assessed to the then <br />owners. In 2008, Ms. Gilbert purchased the property after her due diligence <br />failed to uncover any outstanding fees or liens. After a 2018 permit <br />application uncovered the past oversight, County staff coordinated with the City <br />to reduce, but not eliminate, the fees. <br />No Action Taken or Required <br />C.
