Sewer Impact Fee Account 10,801 <br />Water Impact Fee Account 173,997 <br />Customer Deposits 74,525 <br />Accounts Receivable 95,394 <br />Project Account ,$ 454,532 <br />TOTAL: $1,237,470 <br />However, the parties recognize the amounts in the accounts may <br />vary from the above described amounts on the date of closing as the <br />City is operating an on-going business. The City will transfer to <br />the County the account balances in the accounts on the date of the <br />closing. <br />SECTION 5.05. RIGHT TO ENTER. Prior to closing, the County <br />shall have the right, at any reasonable time with prior notice to <br />the City, to enter upon the City's property to inspect the <br />Sebastian Utility System, to familiarize itself with day-to-day <br />operations, to review the operational practices of the City, and to <br />ensure compliance with any and all federal and state regulatory <br />requirements. <br />SECTION 5.06. EMPLOYMENT PREFERENCE. To the extent that the <br />County may lawfully do so and to the extent that the County has any <br />position available, the County shall grant a preference in hiring <br />to any non -management employee of the City currently employed in <br />the operation of the Sebastian Utility System. However, any such <br />applicants must meet the County's employment qualification and <br />pre-employment screening criteria.
