Jean Rags, Project Coordinator <br />Ms. Rags has over twenty-four (24) years of experience in public service. Ms. Rags successfully <br />implemented and managed in excess of $15 million dollars through Community Development <br />Block Grant (CDBG) projects for seven (7) Housing Rehabilitation and Economic Development <br />projects and the application and implementation of County Neighborhood Stabilization (NSP1 and <br />NSP3) Grant Programs from 1999-2012. <br />Jean conducts grant research and funding resource analysis, drafts local policies and procedures <br />for our clients to meet funder requirements, and reviews / edits contracts and grant related <br />advertisements, memos and documents. Plans, policies & procedures. <br />• Reviews/edits drafts of required agency reports: MSR, <br />MBE, Section 3, quarterly status reports & other grant <br />related reports. <br />• Assist in monthly client billing review, calculations and <br />invoicing. <br />
