Gayle Brett, Program Specialist <br />Ms. Brett has twenty-five ( 25+) years of experience with buying, selling and managing real <br />estate both in the private sector and also for the State of Florida in various state and federal <br />programs. Previously, she worked for Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (FDEO) in the <br />Housing and Community Development Section with the NSP & CDBG programs and also in <br />Florida Communities Trust (FCT), a land buying program that received $66 million per year to <br />assist cities and counties in purchasing property, negotiating, contracting and closing as needed. <br />Ms. Brett has six (6) years of employment in private sector real estate, and previously held both <br />a Real Estate Sales Associate and Broker license.
