The Board of County Commissioners authorizes and directs the Community <br /> Development Director to submit information in a timely manner as may be required by the Florida <br /> Department of Economic Opportunity for the implementation of the Housing Rehabilitation category <br /> CDBG contract. <br /> SECTION 4. The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the Community Development <br /> Director to sign any subsequent forms as needed for the implementation of the Housing Rehabilitation <br /> category CDBG contract. <br /> SECTION 5.
