EXHIBIT A <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PARKS DIVISION <br />PROPOSED CIVIL ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING SCOPE / BUDGET <br />SEBASTIAN HARBOR PRESERVER <br />BOARDWALKS, PARKING LOT, PAVILION, AND STORMATER FEATURE <br />February 2019 <br />CAI will provide the following scope of services: <br />TASK 1 - SITE SURVEYS & SOILS INVESTIGATION <br />• Perform specific purpose survey of the southeastern portion of the property including the <br />following: Field recover, record, and verify southeastern property corner, above ground <br />existing improvements, perimeter boundary line physical encroachments, and all adjacent off- <br />site above ground improvements including edge of pavement (Englar Drive), aprons, signs, <br />utility markers, drainage structures, swales, etc. <br />• Topographic Survey On-site and immediately Off-site for Site Planning Purposes — Perform <br />differential level circuit from a published record vertical benchmark to establish on-site <br />temporary vertical benchmark for survey, design, and construction purposes. Observe and <br />record vertical data of general existing on-site conditions and ground elevations around the <br />southeastern corner perimeter boundary and the adjacent off-site conditions of road, drainage, <br />and above ground (visible) utility services. <br />• Locate and survey wetland flags with elevations for jurisdictional determination. <br />• Perform Tree Location Survey showing all protected trees including species and diameter of <br />trunk within area defined above. <br />• Perform soil borings and design report for the stormwater feature, parking lot subgrade, and <br />pavilion foundation improvements. <br />Fees for Task 1 services are estimated u, $7,900.00. <br />TASK 2 —SITE PLAN APPROVAL <br />• Develop dimensional site plan conforming to local permitting requirements. Depict existing <br />boardwalks and proposed parking lot, driveway connection, and buildings (pavilion). Prepare <br />site data to include land use calculations, setbacks, and open space.
