DeBraal, Deputy County Attorney <br />Kate Pingolt Cotner, Assistant County Attorney <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Dylan Reingold — County Attorney <br />DATE: December 17, 2018 <br />RE: <br />Public Hearing for Amendment to Section 100.03 "Amendment or <br />Repeal of Ordinances" of Chapter 100 "General Provisions" of the <br />Code of Indian River County, Codifying and Publishing the <br />Ordinances to Readopt the Code up to and Including Supplement 129 <br />Section 125.68(1)(a), Florida Statutes requires counties to maintain a current <br />codification of all ordinances and an annual publication of such codification by the <br />Board of County Commissioners. <br />FUNDING: The only cost associated with this item was the cost of publication of <br />the notice of public hearing in the amount of $133.65 which is being paid from the <br />County Attorney's Budget/Legal Ads; Account No. 00110214-034910. <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: <br />Open the public hearing, take public comment, close the public hearing, and adopt <br />the ordinance to codify and publish the ordinances published in The Code of Indian <br />River County up to and including Supplement 129. <br />/nhm <br />Attachment: proposed ordinance <br />128 <br />
