Vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATE: November 29, 1994 <br />RE: Assumption of Special Assessment Lien - Phase V Water <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 9 of Grovernor Estates No. 2 <br />The County has a special assessment lien on some property that was included <br />in our Phase V water main extension project.
