I .and disclaim any rights of said County and the public in and to the lands hereinafter described as follows, to -wit: .'All that part of Ocean Boulevard (excepting that part lying within lot Street and 2nd Street) as shown on the Plat of Ambersand Beach Subdivisions No. 1 and 2, according to plat recorded in Plat Book 3, page 76, Brevard County records and re- recorded in Plat Book 7, page 8-a, Indian River County records, and All of that dirt road which was formerly used as the road from Wabasso to the Inlet, starting at the South line of Inlet View Subdivision and running Southerly to the South line of Section 33, Township 30 South, Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida. Excepting, however, any part of the above described property that may lay within•the rights-of-way of Highway Alk, as the same now exists, and specifically excepting lot Street and 2nd Street as'shown on Ambersand Beach Subdivisions No. 1 and 2, and any other rights-of-way running Easterly and Westerly. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Board does herewith find and determine the following* 1. That this Board has published notice*hereof one time in the Vero Beach Press Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in Indian River County, Florida; said publication,being polished at least two•weeks prior to the date stated thereon for.such public hearing. 2. That the above described land is not a part of the public road and is not required by the•State of Florida or the Federal' Government as part of the State or Federal Highway System and said portion of rights-of-way above described are not located within the corporate limits o£ 'any municipality and is located in Indian River County, Florida. 3.
